How It Works:

  • Direct Plus will perform a technical survey of your building's infrastructure to determine what existing wiring can be used and what needs to be replaced.
  • If your building was built after 2000, chances are that you have the correct wiring to your unit. Remember, FCC rules state that the homeowner owns the wire to the unit.
  • We present you with a project proposal and timeline for the infrastructure build. We build fiber optic to the building and connect to your system.
  • You will own the system! You pay for the monthly fiber connection and a maintenance fee to Direct Plus.
